6. MACHINE SHOPS :
Machine shops are equipped with 40 machines including SPM & CNC machines capable of
carried out all types of precision machining operations. In CNC machines we are having
six turning centre , three horizontal machining center, one five axis machine (make
Mandelli) ,Vertical turning center (2000mm turning die) capable to produce valve ranging
from 2” to 36” and forge fitting up to 2” nominal diameter.
7. UALITY ASSURANCE :
We maintain strict control on Quality in all stages of production & procurement right from raw material to shipment. We provide facility to customer for all NDT’S such as Radiography, UT, MPLDP & SPECTRO analysis. Our Q.A. Personals are trained and qualified to do the job upto satisfaction. The company has a sound control of measuring instruments & Gauges.

The company during short span of time has gained its name in International market due to sound R & D and quality in manufacturing. The product development is done under the supervision of highly experienced and qualified Engineers. 9. PRODUCT RANGE :
We are able to offer complete range of valves as well as being able to develop special valves for critical application. Our product range includes as:-
- All forge fittings ranging from ¼” to 2” both in forge steel & stainless steel.
- a) D.I. Butterfly Valves and their seats range from 2” to 18”.
- a) Stream traps, Gun metal, Check Valves, Safery Vaves ranging from 3/8” to 4”.
