 Team of Qualified Design Engineers with computer aided design facility as well as a well equipped library are constantly developing new designs as per the stated needs of the customers as well as improvising existing products.
All our designs/products are validated for the specified service by using in-house testing facilities or by using facilities at recognized test houses.
Leader is committed to its Employee Development programmes by imparting technical training on a regular basis to ensure that our staff is capable of rendering best possible support to our Customers at any time. Our 6 officials have successfully completed the course of Lead Auditors and 20 others as Internal Auditors of Quality Management System as per ISO 9000.
The Company has successfully tested its products for Seismic tests, Shock testing , Pull test, Fire test and Cryogenic and Life cycle tests.
