FOUNDRIES

 

Our ferrous foundry is equipped with induction furnace with three crucibles of capacity 1.5 tons, 1 ton & 0.5 ton with the melting capacity to produce 200 tons per months finished radiography quality steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex & super duplex stainless steel, Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, D2 & Monel Casting. It is also equipped with oil fired furnace for carrying out heat treatment of the steel castings.

 

Our non-ferrous foundry is equipped with two induction furnaces of capacity 1.0 ton & 0.750 ton with the melting capacity to produce 200 tons per months finished Gun Metal, Bronze & Brass castings. The non-ferrous castings are produced by shell molding process. We also produce precision NAB castings in our ferrous foundry.

 

FORGE SHOPS

 

Our ferrous forged shop is equipped with 1000 kg friction drop Hammers and power presses of capacity 200 ton, 150 ton, 100 ton & 75 ton to produce forging for steel valves & high Pressure Pipe Fittings. It is also equipped with oil fired Pre-heating furnace & tumblast shot blasting machines. ‚Äč

Our non-ferrous forge shop is equipped with automatic Horizontal Hot Forging Press & 350 ton forging presses for making hollow brass forgings of valves & valves components. It is also equipped with 300 ton extrusion press besides other small capacity hammers & induction heaters.


 
 

Machine SHOP

 

Machine shops are equipped with most modern Horizontal & Vertical CNC machining centers for manufacturing valves upto 52". a shop is also equipped with SPM machines for manufacturing valves

Material Testing Lab

Our Material Testing Lab is equipped with IGC, PMI, UTM, SPECTRO Analyzer, Impact Testing machine & Hardness Testing Machine etc.

Testing Facilities

We also have in house facility for carrying out Non Destructive Tests such as Radiography, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle, Helium Leak Detector & Die Penetration test etc. besides Hydro, Air, Vacuum testing we also do Fire Safe Testing and Cryogenic Testing (upto -196 Deg. Cent.).

Qualified Technicians

All technicians responsible for under taking NDT operations are Qualified Level-II professionals. Our key Q.A. Personnel's are also trained and qualified in accordance to SNT-TC-1A to carry out non-destructive examination.

All welders responsible for under taking welding operations are qualified as per ASME Sec. IX, IBR & BSEN standards to carry out Butt joints, Fillet joints, Hard facing/Cladding and corrosion resistant facing/cladding on various material grades.

 
 

Quality Standards

The Company have its own Standard Room for calibration of measuring instruments and equipments.

Annual maintenance contracts are concluded for Specialised equipments. All tools & equipments are periodically calibrated as per required norms. All our master equipments are calibrated by NABL labs traceable to NABL standards.
